But they’ve all got problems and that’s why businesses exist, to help solve those problems, kapische?

Because if you don’t know what your prospects problems are then how the Hell do you expect to market what you do to them effectively?

Get out your pen and paper right now and start creating a customer avatar. Write out what their pains are, frustrations, irritations and more.
This isn’t hard and it’s not complex. Think of it as a fundamental requirement essential to your business and marketing success – because that’s exactly what it is.
Once you’ve created your detailed customer avatar, you need to now start communicating to your target prospects that you understand their pains, problems and frustrations.
But you don’t just want to show them you understand, you rub salt into them.
You want to amplify them so much that for them, making a personal change to their situation is an absolute must.
Let’s look at a real world example for how to do this.
Let’s say you’re selling stop smoking seminars. You’re some guru hypnotist and you know how to use hypnosis and some other magic tricks to help people quit smoking for good.
